Privacy Notice
Hagens Co (" General ", the " Owner " or " Company ") processes the personal data of its stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, trustees, web browsers, etc. - hereinafter jointly, the " Interested ") In the role of independent data controller and in the ordinary management of existing relationships, acquiring, where necessary, consent. Processing for commercial purposes is carried out by the Company only if expressly authorized by the Interested parties involved.
Hagens Co , in application of the current legislation on the protection of personal data, organized itself as follows:
to perform support and control functions relating to the application of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 ("GDPR"), a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") has been appointed;
to ensure compliance with the regulations and the provisions imparted across the board by the entire organization, they have been appointed as Privacy Officers;
employees who process personal data have been appointed as Data Processors; they were given specific instructions and are the recipients of a continuous training and updating plan;
for specific technical or organizational needs, the Company avails itself of third parties to whom it entrusts parts of its process. These individuals may assume the role of "Appointees" or "Responsible" of the Company's processing, or operate in total autonomy as distinct "Holders" of subsequent processing with the same aims pursued by the Company.
Only personal data strictly necessary to carry out the aforementioned purposes, both on paper and with the aid of electronic tools, are processed.
The Company acquires only the personal data strictly necessary to perform the requested services or the purposes for which they were collected by providing the specific information; particular attention is paid in the case of particular personal data, which are treated only if strictly necessary.
The Company processes personal data by adopting the necessary security measures, both physical and IT, in line with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 and current legislation.
At the end of the treatment, the Company provides for the compulsory preservation of the processed data and, in the absence of such obligation or after this term, provides for their cancellation or anonymization.
Some data may be indispensable and their absence may make it impossible to manage existing relationships. These data are processed by our collaborators, as managers or agents; for some services, we also use outsourcers who perform technical, organizational and operational tasks on our behalf, in Italy or abroad. No disclosure of personal data is carried out, unless this results from a specific legal obligation.
Your personal data may be stored for different periods of time depending on the purpose for which they are processed by the Company, in compliance with the privacy legislation applicable from time to time, in particular: (i) for contractual purposes for a period of 10 years from time of termination of the effectiveness of the contract or, in the event of disputes, for the prescribed term provided for by the legislation for the protection of related rights, without prejudice to any longer periods of retention envisaged by specific sector regulations; (ii) for commercial and profiling purposes, for the period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed and, in any case, not exceeding 24 months from the time the contract ends, to any cause.
Every interested party may know which data are processed by the Company and, if the conditions are met, exercise the different rights relating to their use (right of access, rectification, updating, integration, cancellation, limitation of processing, portability, revocation of consent to the processing and to obtain a copy of your data where these are stored in countries outside the European Union, as well as to obtain an indication of the place where such data is stored or transferred) and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to a particular treatment and in any case for their use for commercial purposes, in whole or in part also with regard to the use of automated methods by contacting: Hagens Co Italia Sp, A., Via Marocchesa 14, 31021 Mogliano Veneto TV, Hagens Co or the Data Protection Manager (DPO), who can be contacted via e-mail at and / or by ordinary mail at the address "RPD Hagens Co Italia - Mogliano Veneto, Via Marocchesa 14 31021. To the mentioned references it will also be possible to request the list of subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data are communicated or who can learn about them as Managers.
We also inform you that, should you find that your data is not being processed in a way that is consistent with your consent, you can file a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in the manner indicated on the Guarantor's website.
